Work That Matters.OverviewPurpose Statement/Position Summary: The
Licensed Vocational Nurse provides nursing assistance to the
ambulatory programs of a division including management of patient
flow, patient intake, and maintenance of clinic facilities.
Employee will follow applicable policies and procedures in handling
supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment.Schedule: M-F 9:00 a.m. -
5:30 p.m. (Days)Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ year
pediatric nursing experience required. Ambulatory clinic, telephone
triage, med refills, injections, lab work, and LGBTQ patient
experience highly preferred.Education/Licensure/Certifications:
Completed licensed vocational nurse program. Current license as a
Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of California. Current AHA
CPR card. IV certificate from the California state board and
Phlebotomy certification preferred.Pay Scale Information$52,208.00
- $90,178.00CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to
our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's
starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but
not limited to education and experience within the job or the
industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for
candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements
listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be
determined for those candidates that exceed these specified
qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive
