Department: Strategy and OperationsLocation: 1600 Corporate Center Dr., Monterey Park, CA 91754Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 / yearDescriptionThe Sr. Manager - Strategy & Operations will be a key driver of strategic initiatives and operational improvements across Astrana Health. This role will focus on identifying and implementing strategies to enhance organizational efficiency, drive growth, and optimize performance. The successful candidate will be a highly analytical, strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead complex projects and drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.Our Values:

  • Work As One TeamWhat You'll DoStrategic Planning & Execution:
    • Support the development and implementation of Astrana Health's strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
    • Develop and manage project plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
      • Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies and develop strategies to optimize processes and improve performance.
      • Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of operational improvements.Data Analysis & Decision Support:
        • Utilize data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
        • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
        • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate the ROI of operational improvements.Technology & Innovation:
          • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
          • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement and integrate technology solutions.
          • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management:
            • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
            • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
            • Develop and maintain project documentation and communication plans.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
              • Develop and implement performance monitoring systems to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
              • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on key performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
              • Implement change management strategies to ensure successful project implementation.Qualifications
                • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
                • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategy and operations management.
                • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
                • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
                • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
                • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
                • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
                • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Preferred Qualifications:
                  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
                  • Experience with technology implementation and integration.
                  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
                    • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1600 Corporate Center Dr Monterey Park, CA 91754.
                    • The target pay range for this role is: $130,000 - $140,000.
